How is Permanent Eyeliner done?
Permanent eyeliner is done through a process called micropigmentation, where a specialized tattoo machine deposits pigment along the lash line.
The procedure enhances the eyes, providing a semi-permanent makeup solution that lasts for an extended period.
How to care for eyelids after the procedure?
Aftercare can be prescribed only after the procedure, according to statistics, this is washing the tattoo area with a solution of chlorhexidine miramistin and applying Bepanthen ointment at least three times a day. Aftercare lasts from 7 to 14 days post tattooing.
What result can be expected?
Eyelashes will be the same as before the tattoo, and even thicker. It is noticed that tattooing activates the bulbs and hairs begin to grow even where they have not grown before.
Can I wet my eyes, take a shower, swim in the pool or the sea?
In the period from 7 to 14 days after the procedure, visits to swimming pools, saunas, tanning salons are prohibited. Do not wet and steam out the tattoo area, and water should not contact the area for more than 15 minutes a day. After the healing process, all restrictions are removed.

How does permanent eyeliner work, from first visit to result?

Will it look like a harsh black line?
Only if that is what you ask for. The most popular choice is not a line at all — it is lash-line enhancement, pigment placed between the lashes so the lash base looks denser and your eyes look more awake, with nothing visible as a stroke. From there you can go to soft shading or a defined wing. We agree the shape with you and draw it on before anything permanent happens.
What should I do in the first week?
Keep the area dry and leave it alone: no rubbing, no makeup on the eyelid, no swimming, sauna or steam. Flaking is normal around day three to five — do not help it along, let it come off by itself, or you take pigment with it.
Can I come with lash extensions on?
Better not. The work sits right at the lash line and extensions get in the way of both placing the pigment and healing it cleanly. Come without them, and book your next fill for after the touch-up.
Who is allowed to do permanent eyeliner in Florida — and are you licensed?
In Florida, permanent eyeliner is classed as tattooing. That means it may only be performed under a tattoo licence, in a licensed tattoo establishment. Both ANNAZUR locations are licensed by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County — Salisbury, licence 16-44-2017903; Hodges, licence 16-44-2761825 — and the artists who perform the work hold their own active Florida tattoo licences. The register is public, so you can check either one before you book. A studio offering this on an esthetician licence alone is working outside its scope.
