What is a gua sha facial?
A facial massage worked with smooth crystal stones and rollers rather than with the hands alone. The stones glide along the lymphatic pathways to move fluid out of the face, then along the muscle lines to lift the contour. How long does a session take?

Gua sha works with stones, mostly on lymph and circulation. Face sculpting massage works the facial muscles by hand, closer to exercise for the face. Gua sha is the lighter, more draining of the two; sculpting is the more structural. Many clients alternate them month to month.
