Most people do not have a skincare problem. They have a routine problem — the right products in the wrong order, or the wrong products bought on someone else’s recommendation. A plan written for your skin fixes that before you spend anything else.

You fill in a detailed questionnaire and send photos and video of your skin. What comes back is a written routine with named products, amounts and timing.

A clear morning and evening routine, laid out day by day, so you never have to decide what comes next.

Specific brands and products, with links to where to buy them. You buy them yourself, wherever suits you.
We do not sell the products and take no commission on them. That is deliberate — it means the routine contains what suits your skin, not what pays us best.

Before you pay, not after
It is not medical care.
Ruzanna is a licensed esthetician, not a physician. Anything that looks like a medical skin condition belongs with a dermatologist.
It is not a product sale.
We do not sell what we recommend and take no commission on it.
It is not a hands-on treatment.
Nobody touches your skin. Some conditions genuinely need to be seen in person, and the plan will say so.
It is not a guarantee.
Most clients see a change in the first weeks, but skin differs and a routine only works if it is followed.
The figures are from practice, not a study.
They come from Ruzanna’s own observations over seventeen years, not from clinical research.
If the questionnaire shows something that should be seen by a doctor, we will tell you rather than take the payment.

Who writes the plan?
Ruzanna T., a Florida-licensed esthetician (DBPR license FB9762858) and founder of ANNAZUR Organic Beauty Spa. She reviews every questionnaire personally.
Are products included in the price?
No. You pay for the skin review and the routine. Ruzanna names the specific products and sends links; you buy them yourself. We take no commission on them.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. The routine says what to start with and what can be added later.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Basic is the routine plus two days of questions. Extended adds three months during which you send photos and the routine is adjusted.
Do I need to come to the spa?
No. Online Facial is done entirely online — that is the point. It is for people who cannot get to Jacksonville, or who prefer to start this way.
What if a product does not suit me?
Message us and it is swapped. On the Extended plan, adjustments are part of the three months of support.
Is this a substitute for seeing a doctor?
No. It is a skincare consultation from an esthetician. Anything that looks medical belongs with a dermatologist, and we will say so rather than take the payment.
