How Often to Book an Anti-Aging Facial

Quick answer

Two phases. First a course of three to six sessions, which is where the structural change happens. Then maintenance every four to six weeks to hold it against Florida’s UV exposure. A single facial before an event is a fine thing to do, but it is a different purchase from a course.

How Often Should You Get an Anti-Aging Facial?

There are two different questions hiding in this one: how often to come while you are building a result, and how often to come to keep it. The answers are different.

Phase one: the course

Structural results from microcurrent are cumulative. A course of three to six sessions is where tone, lift and the definition along the jaw actually change. The pacing inside that course is set by your esthetician from how your skin responds, not by a fixed calendar.

Book the next one before you leave — the rhythm is what holds the result.

Phase two: maintenance every four to six weeks

After the course, every four to six weeks holds the result. The interval is short for a reason: Florida’s UV exposure works against it continuously, so maintenance here is more frequent than the advice you would get in a cooler climate.

Stretching the gap is not a disaster. You simply keep less of what you built.

The one-off before an event

A single session is a legitimate purchase: skin looks firmer and brighter the same day, and the light flush fades within 30 to 60 minutes. Book it a few days before the event rather than the morning of, stay out of direct sun for 24 hours afterwards, and drink water.

What you do between visits matters more

Daily sun protection outperforms any protocol, and hydration supports the result. We will say that before recommending anything from a shelf.

Prices

The core anti-aging facial is $199 for new clients and members, $219 with LED light therapy and a hand massage, and $249 for the TOP session with founder Ruzanna.

The two phases.

  • Build: three to six sessions. Tone, lift and the jaw outline change cumulatively, not in one visit.
  • Maintain: every four to six weeks — the interval is set by how fast UV here undoes the work.
  • One-off: a single session leaves skin firmer and brighter for an event. Honest, but temporary.
  • Between visits: sun protection and water do more for the result than any product upsell.

Frequency. Questions answered plainly.

Why is the interval four to six weeks and not longer?

Because Florida’s UV exposure works against the result continuously. Stretching the gap is possible — you simply hold less of what the course built.

Can I do sessions closer together at the start?

The initial course is paced by your esthetician from how your skin responds. Closer is not automatically faster.

What if I stop?

Nothing dramatic happens. The skin gradually returns toward its own baseline, which is why maintenance exists at all.

Is one facial before a wedding worth it?

Yes, for that day — skin looks firmer and brighter immediately, with a light flush that settles in 30 to 60 minutes. Book it a few days ahead, not the morning of.

What does maintenance cost?

The core session is $199 for new clients and members; $219 adds LED and a hand massage, $249 is the TOP session with Ruzanna.
