Lash lift or extensions: which should you learn first?
Lash lift is the faster skill: one day, kit included, a treatment that lasts six to eight weeks and needs no fills. Extensions pay more per client but take far longer to learn, demand speed to be profitable, and tie you to a fill cycle.
Both put money in the same drawer, but they ask completely different things of you. One is learnable in an afternoon and forgiving. The other takes months to get fast at and punishes every shortcut.
What each service actually is
A lash lift reshapes the client’s own lashes with a perming chemistry, usually with a tint to make them read darker. Nothing is attached. It grows out.

Extensions attach synthetic lashes to natural ones, one at a time. The result is more dramatic and the appointment is far longer.
Time to competence
This is the honest difference. A lash lift is a protocol: get the chemistry, the timing and the shield size right and the result is reliable. One focused day gets you there, and our course includes supervised practice on a real model.
Extensions are a craft. Isolation, placement and speed take months of repetition before you are quick enough to make the appointment profitable, and a slow set is a loss on every booking.
Still weighing the two? The consultation is free and takes about half an hour.
Money, honestly
Extensions earn more per client over a year because of fills. But fills are also the trap: you are committed to a rebooking rhythm, and a client who drifts away mid-cycle leaves you with a half-full calendar.

A lift is a single appointment every six to eight weeks with no maintenance in between. Lower ticket, lower commitment, and far less skill risk while you are learning.
Who each one suits
If you are new to the industry, start with the lift. Low cost to learn, kit included, and a result you can deliver reliably within weeks rather than months.
If you already run a busy lash room and want a higher ceiling, extensions are the next step. Many practitioners end up offering both, because clients move between them depending on the season and their budget.
The combination most people land on
Lash lift plus brow lamination is the pairing that works, not lash lift plus extensions. The lift and the lamination use related chemistry, suit the same client, and are booked together constantly.
We run a combined Lash & Brow package for exactly that reason; its price is on the course page.

Which is faster to learn?
The lift, by a wide margin. One day with supervised model practice against months of repetition for extensions.
Which earns more?
Extensions over a year, because of fills. The lift earns sooner because you are competent sooner.
Does a lift damage natural lashes?
Not when the chemistry and timing are correct. That is most of what the course teaches.
How long does a lift last?
Typically six to eight weeks, growing out naturally with no fills needed.
Can I learn both eventually?
Yes, and many do. The question is only what to learn first.
What does the lift course cost?
The current price is on the course page, and a starter kit is included.
