The kit you keep: machine, pigments and the first order

Quick answer

The lip blush training at ANNAZUR Academy includes a professional starter kit that is yours to keep: a PMU machine, cartridges, practice pigments, latex skins and a manual of over a hundred pages. All consumables for the in-person practice are provided separately, and you leave with a curated list of recommended products for your first independent order.

The kit you keep: machine, pigments and the first order

The gap that stops most graduates is not skill. It is the week after the course, standing in front of a supplier catalogue with a certificate and no equipment.

Why owning the training machine matters

Machines differ in weight, balance and how the needle moves. Technique you built on one machine does not transfer cleanly to another, and relearning the feel is a slow, expensive way to start.

Training on the machine you keep removes that step entirely. The first client you take is on equipment your hands already know.

What the kit holds

A PMU machine, cartridges, practice pigments, latex skins and the manual. The latex is for the practice you do between the in-person days and after them, which is the part that decides how your first month goes.

A pigment color wheel used for choosing tones

Everything needed for the hands-on practice during in-person training is supplied on top of this, so the kit comes home intact rather than half used.

Pigments are the part people get wrong

Pigment is where money disappears. It has a shelf life, it behaves differently by brand, and a beginner who buys a wide palette ends up with most of it expired and unused.

A woman applies lip liner.

Start narrow. A small set you understand beats a large set you do not, and the curated product list exists precisely so the first order is fresh stock with long shelf life rather than whatever ranked first in a search.

Want to know exactly what is in the kit? Ask at the consultation — it is free.

Change one thing at a time

When you do start substituting — a different cartridge, a new pigment line — change one variable per batch of clients. Change two and a bad healed result tells you nothing about which was responsible.

This is dull advice and it is the difference between an artist who improves and one who guesses for two years.

The manual is not a souvenir

Over a hundred pages, and the chapters you need are the ones you will not read before your first client: pigment behavior, healing, what to do when a result comes back uneven.

Paired with lifetime access to the online theory and a month of instructor support, it means the questions that arrive in week three have somewhere to go. Course contents and enrollment are on the course page.

Also in this series:

The short version.

  • Your machine: you train on it and keep it; no relearning the feel.
  • In the kit: machine, cartridges, practice pigments, latex skins, manual.
  • Pigments: buy narrow and fresh; shelf life is real money.
  • One variable: change one thing at a time or you learn nothing from the result.
  • The manual: written for week three, not for day one.

Equipment. Questions answered plainly.

Do I have to buy a machine separately?

No. A professional starter kit including a machine is part of the training and it is yours.

Are practice materials included too?

Yes. All supplies for the hands-on in-person practice are provided, and the kit includes latex skins for practice at home.

What should my first pigment order be?

Narrow and fresh. The course includes a curated list of recommended products for exactly this.

Does pigment expire?

Yes. Buying a wide palette early usually means throwing most of it away.

Can I use the kit on paying clients?

Yes, once you hold the required license and work in a licensed establishment.

What if I want to change brands later?

Change one variable at a time, so a bad healed result tells you which change caused it.
